Douwe Bob - Funny
Sun from your speakers
About 'Funny', Douwe says that the song is about solar power, literally. "I wrote the song because I feel that I live incredibly on solar energy. loaded honey - don't speak
Loaded Honey Make Their Debut With ‘Don’t Speak’
A new project with familiar voices...
Newly emerging project Loaded Honey make their official debut with ‘Don’t Speak’.
The dance-pop endeavour utilises the skills of J Lloyd and Lydia Kitto from Jungle, two musicians who met in the studio, only to forge a deep and abiding friendship.
Later living together, the two have swapped ideas for some time now, their skills fused during sessions across Jungle’s last two albums, ‘Volcano’ and ‘Loving In Stereo’.
Making their official debut, new single ‘Don’t Speak’ is out now – the crunchy breakbeats and lush strings speak to early 70s Philadelphia International records, while the zesty vocals are sheer pop euphoria.
The retro-tinged video is shot in what resembles a lonely American diner, the second in a series of 11 one-shot visual character pieces that have been created to accompany the music.
Airing as Jack Saunders’ Hottest Record on BBC Radio 1, you can check out ‘Don’t Speak’ below.

Shaboozey, Myles Smith - Blink
Two of the 2024’s biggest breakout stars have lent each other a hand for a new springtime single. Five-time Grammy nominee Shaboozey and Brit Award-winning Myles Smith have joined forces for “Blink Twice,” an infectious, folk-inflected track built on twangy finger-picked guitars, pounding drums and raucous stomps and claps. “Oh me, oh my, would you look in my eyes/ We’ll laugh or cry just to feel alive/ Oh-woah-woah, no time for living a lie/ Oh-woah-woah, time flies, so don’t blink twice,” they sing together in the chorus. The track also arrives alongside a pensive, tear-jerking music video. “Blink Twice” marks Shaboozey’s first musical release after his blockbuster past year. In addition to his dual appearances on Beyoncé‘s three-time Grammy-winning Cowboy Carter LP, the Billboard cover star scored the longest-running solo Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 single of all time with “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” which spent a whopping 17 weeks atop the ranking. While “A Bar Song” continues to hang around the Hot 100’s top five — it sits at No. 4 on the chart dated April 12 — “Good News,” which he released last fall, ranks at No. 51, having previously peaked at No. 47. Beatles Audition Tape Discovered in Vancouver Record Store
How is this even possible to have what sounds like a Beatles 15-song Decca tapes master?" Neptoon Records owner Rob Firth wrote. A rare piece of Beatles history has resurfaced in an unexpected place: a small record store in Vancouver. Rob Frith, owner of Neptoon Records, recently stumbled upon what he believed was a run-of-the-mill bootleg labeled Beatles 60s Demos. But after finally playing the reel-to-reel tape—years after acquiring it—Frith realized he may have uncovered a direct copy of the band’s original 1962 Decca audition tape. “I just figured it was a tape off a bootleg record,” Frith posted on social media. “After hearing it last night for the first time, it sounds like a master tape. The quality is unreal. How is this even possible to have what sounds like a Beatles 15-song Decca tapes master?”
